Top-ups keep for twelve months. Your monthly allowance always burns first, so a top-up only ever covers real overflow. A running Mission is never cut off part-way: if your balance runs out mid-run, the work finishes and the difference settles next cycle. And your plan allowance is always your best rate — if you top up every month, a larger plan costs you less, and we will tell you so.
Regulatory, market access, medical affairs — whichever one your work lives in. Every published expert inside it is yours to hire. You can change it once a billing period; the first change is free in your first month.
Every open data source is available whatever function you pick, and you can connect your own licensed subscriptions with your own key. We never put a source behind a plan.
Your Chief of Staff tells you which expert it belongs to and offers you the upgrade — rather than letting the wrong expert answer it. You still get the best answer your own workforce can give, marked as such.

To edit or work on it with you, they need their own plan at Pro or above. On a Mission, you can invite one other person to review and sign alongside you. On Team, colleagues take roles in the work directly, as many as you have seats.
