An Analysis is a named method with a fixed shape. You pick it, the questions are agreed before work starts, and the finished document answers every one of them or marks it as a gap. One expert, one approval, yours to sign. Drawn from your monthly credits.
A Mission (in build) is a governed engagement. It runs through approval steps, and a person approves at each one before the next begins. Priced per mission, bought when you need it.
| Analysis | The question it answers | Credits |
|---|---|---|
| Regulatory Pathway Scan | “Which pathway is plausible, and what must be true before we file or meet?” | 30 |
| Evidence Gaps | “What must be true for this decision, and what is missing?” | 30 |
| Competitive Landscape | “Who is in the field, and what does that do to our move?” | 35 |
| Deep Research | “What does the full public record say, interpreted and recommended?” | 50 |
| HTA Precedent | “What did the HTA body decide, and what does that precedent constrain?” | 50 |
On a Pro plan, 500 credits a month is sixteen standard analyses. On Team, 500 a seat, pooled. A smaller piece of work — a stakeholder brief, a comparator table — is 8 credits and needs no method.

You choose the method. Before any work begins, your expert proposes the plan: the objective, the questions that must be answered, how deep to go, and what is out of scope. You approve or amend it, and those questions become the standard the finished document is held to.
The work then runs in one pass: the expert gathers, condenses what it found, and writes once. A verification pass can change the answer before you see it. What arrives is a document in three parts — the plan you approved, what was found, and the analysis itself — with every claim traced to its source and every unresolved question marked as a gap.
You sign it. It is your work product.
An Analysis will tell you when it is the wrong tool. If what you actually need is a systematic review, a full dossier, a sixty-day monitor or a governed sign-off, it stops, says so, and names the thing that can do it.

Every mission includes a structured start, approval steps you sign, the full evidence trail through every section, and a first year of support.
An Analysis is one person's work product. A Mission is a process with accountability built into it. It runs as a sequence of jobs, each with an approval step. Work stops at every step until a person approves it. When it finishes, you have the deliverable with its evidence, and a record of who approved what and when.

The catalogue holds our own methods and, as the marketplace opens, methods published by other firms and independent experts. A listing from someone else shows two figures added together: what the run costs to perform, which we set, and the author's fee, which they set. You see one total before you commit, and the author is named on the listing.
Anything an expert runs inside an Analysis or a Mission — a fact check, a calculation, a verification pass — is included in its price. And before commissioning anything, your Chief of Staff searches what you already have: if you have asked this question before, it offers you the answer back at no charge, or a refresh of just what has changed.
No method here certifies anything. Each one evaluates and shows its evidence; what a regulator, a payer or an assessor accepts is their decision. None of them signs: you sign, or on a Mission the named approver at each step does. And none of them will fill a gap it cannot source.
There is no published worked example yet. The first ones will come from the first members, with their permission. Until then we will run a real piece of your own work rather than show you a made-up demonstration.
